Job Description:
  1. Hiring & Onboarding, Induction & Orientation, Employee Relations, Exit Interviews, other General HR activities
  2. Works closely with internal customers to understand business issues and opportunities. Initiate planning activities as appropriate. Develop and manage the staffing function to achieve the customer’s expectation and the established metrics.
  3. Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies.
  4. Ensures that applied processes to accomplish recruitment and employment goals are consistent, reliable and repeatable and are effective and responsive to organization’s human resource needs
  5. Facilitating employee grievance redressal by direct intervention and or through department heads
  6. Identify problem areas/ areas of improvement in the HR processes. Work individually/ or in a team in projects specially crafted to improve the visibility/ transparency of the HR processes/ organisation.
  7. Motivate and encourage employees to align themselves towards the organization’s for Business Objectives
Desired Profile:
  • MBA /PMIR
  • Minimum Experience 3 yrs
