Job Description:
1. Work on generating leads, making cold calls & promote services to clients by targeting existing clients/ new client ABCD list & closing the Assignment.
2. Assist the Sourcing & Recruitment, HR team in approaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background work on client information.
3. Identify client business needs and business challenges.
4. Clarifying the Relevant Legal aspects of the Contract / Assignment.

- Mapping of Sectors/ Industry
- Identifying the Clients/customers
- Identifying the Competitors
- Reviewing the Daily MIS of the BD Team.
6. Mining the existing clients, existing market and analyzing the new market.
7.Identify prospective business in verticals and convert them into closures.
8. To do continuous brand promotion and marketing using cost-effective and innovative methods.
Desired Candidate Profile: Promote company’s business to prospective clients; represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients and joint venture partners; Study and understand the market for Staffing, Bulk Recruitment; Documentation of all relevant legal aspects, solution development; respond to proposals and information requests.
