Job Description:
- Maintain relationships with internal & external candidates, professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.
- Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers
- Collect, compile and analyze customer survey data
- Responsible for creation and updation of Job Description and Job Specification as per all positions across the organization.
- Preparation and updation of process flow charts and maps, recruitment manual and testing tools.
- Perform reference checks on potential can-be-hired candidates.
- Graduate, PG Business Administration
- Working knowledge of Human Resources functions such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development.
