Job Description:
  1. Maintain relationships with internal & external candidates, professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.
  2. Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers
  3. Collect, compile and analyze customer survey data
  4. Responsible for creation and updation of Job Description and Job Specification as per all positions across the organization.
  5. Preparation and updation of process flow charts and maps, recruitment manual and testing tools.
  6. Perform reference checks on potential can-be-hired candidates.
Desired Profile:
  • Graduate, PG Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources functions such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development.
