Job Description: To develop new clients in BFSI sector, service a few existing clients in this sector, lead a team of recruiters/ researchers. The position is based in our Mumbai Office. (Andheri or Goregaon).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- PG with 10 years experience in sales, operations, HR, consulting, recruitment services, headhunting, executive search, placement consultancy etc, out of which minimum 3/4 years experience in recruitment sector is a must.
- Extensive experience in BFSI sector including financial services , stock broking, insurance, mutual fund, retail banking, investment banking is a must.
