• HR Planning, Recruitment, selection and induction
• Compensation fitment decision aligned to company philosophy
• Induction and Integration planning & delivery to managers and employees
• Benchmark & Setting up HR processes wherever gaps exist
• Developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies,
• Manage Performance Management System,
• Payroll related matters/inputs
• Learning and development
• Employee Welfare – through various welfare measures, employee communication, team building, employee engagement through work life balance initiatives
• Travel in the Zone will be required.

Should also have experience in Labour Management, Productivity Management, Shift Management.

Desired Candidate Profile: Engineering Graduate Or Graduate with Full time MBA of 2 years. 5-10 years experience. Good communication and presentation skills.
