Job Description:

• Manpower planning and budgeting for the Region
• Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests and various group activities.
• Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
• Ensuring quality of recruitment.
• Implementing the application tracking system and generating reports
• Responsible for the identification and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs.
• Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
• Managing the employee reference process
• Executing Reward and recognition schemes.
• Looking for people having good HR Knowledge and exposure.

• People’s person.
• Appropriately align responsibilities, accountability and authority within team members
• Mentor team members in defining their growth plan , training needs and mapping the same with their performance requirement.
